Salary - $100-105k

Benefits - MDV, PTO (120 hrs 1st yr), 4% 401k match

Lead nursing and care for assisted living and memory care residents as a Director of Health and Wellness.

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse license in Florida (required), with knowledge of AHCA regulations
2+ years of hiring and supervisory experience in an assisted living facility
5+ years of nursing experience in a health care setting, preferably assisted living or home health (Bachelor's in Nursing preferred, plus EHR experience)

Responsibilities

Lead the health and wellness department, coordinating, managing, and supervising all assisted living and memory care nursing and aide services delivered by direct care staff
Conduct resident assessments and admissions for care services
Develop personalized service care plans and schedules in the EMR (Eldermark) to drive high resident and family satisfaction
