The Food & Beverage Director provides strategic and operational leadership for the complete food and beverage operation at Naples Bay Resort & Club, including restaurants, bars, banquets and catering, in-room dining, and outlet-level operations. This position has full responsibility for the financial performance, service standards, associate development, and overall guest and member experience within the Food & Beverage division. The Food & Beverage Director leads and develops the F&B management team, and partners closely with Resort and Club leadership to support the property’s overall business objectives.
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Culinary Arts, or a related field preferred. Equivalent combination of education, training, and significant hospitality experience may be considered.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive Food & Beverage experience, preferably within luxury hotels, resorts, private clubs, or high-end multi-outlet operations. Minimum of 4–6 years in a Food & Beverage leadership or department-head role with responsibility for multiple outlets and teams. Proven experience with full departmental P&L responsibility, budgeting, forecasting, cost controls, and financial performance. Strong background in restaurant, banquet, catering, and beverage operations within a resort, hotel, or private club environment. Experience managing high-volume operations while maintaining exceptional service and quality standards.
