  • Translate access design into operational workflows, ensuring solutions are executable, scalable, and aligned to frontline realities
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of access programs, ensuring consistency, reliability, and adherence to defined standards
  • Drive program adoption and change management across clinical and operational teams
  • Monitor and manage program performance, including access, capacity, utilization, and patient experience metrics
  • Identify and resolve operational barriers to access, coordinating across clinical, digital, and technology teams
  • Establish and maintain standard operating procedures to support program consistency and scalability
  • Partner with digital, Epic, and platform teams to ensure tools and workflows support intended access outcomes
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts, using data and frontline feedback to optimize performance and sustain results
  • Ensure programs are consistently implemented and maintained across regions, reducing variation and supporting system-wide access goals

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience in healthcare with emphasis on patient access required.
  • Demonstrable experience in design, documentation and implementation of workflows, policies and procedures.
