$21.75–$23.25/hr starting pay

Have 5+ years of experience? Start at $23.25/hr! Work weekends and earn $24.25/hr! Earn up to $25.00/hr within your first year through our Career Ladder.

Greystone Programs is opening a brand-new group home in Rock Tavern, NY, and we’re building our team from the ground up. Full-time and part-time positions are available across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. You’ll be making a real difference in the lives of six young men, providing a safe and supportive home while helping them thrive, grow in independence, develop new skills, and engage in their community.

As a DSP, you’ll build meaningful relationships while supporting each person’s goals. Your responsibilities will include preparing meals, supporting daily living skills, encouraging independence, administering medication, and participating in community activities.
