Dining Room Manager

We're looking for a Top in Class Dining Room Manager to lead our Independent Living dining experience at The Kenwood. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves hospitality, knows how to inspire a team, and takes pride in making every meal something residents look forward to.

What You'll Do

• Lead a Legendary Team. Hire, train, coach, and motivate dining associates to deliver exceptional service.
• Own the Experience. Oversee Independent Living dining operations, staffing, scheduling, and daily service.
• Create Purposeful Moments. Build relationships with residents, learn their preferences, and make every dining experience feel special.
• Set the Standard. Ensure excellence in service, cleanliness, safety, and resident satisfaction.
• Lead by Example. Jump in when needed, resolve concerns, and create a culture of accountability and teamwork.
• Make Every Impression Count. Support special events, prospect lunches, and guest experiences that showcase the best of Senior Star.

What You Bring

• Previous dining room leadership or food and beverage management experience.
• Senior living, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• A hands-on leadership style and genuine passion for people.
• Flexibility to support dining operations seven days a week, including weekends as needed.
