As our global footprint continues to spread across the world, we are seeking a Digital Solutions Intern to join our team in Northbrook, IL.

RESPONSIBILITIES

What you'll learn & achieve:

• Support AI Safety, Robotics, cybersecurity, Physical AI projects and service development.
• Conduct technical research on standards, regulations, and emerging technologies.
• Assist consultants with safety and AI, and assurance activities.
• Support development of reports, presentations, workshops, and client deliverables.
• Contribute to capability development in AI safety assurance, cybersecurity, Robotics, and advanced mobility technologies.

QUALIFICATIONS

What makes you a great fit:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in a relevant technical discipline.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Good understanding software, AI, robotics, electronics, or intelligent systems.
• Experience with Python, MATLAB/Simulink, AI frameworks and robotics tools.
• Demonstrated software development experience through academic, personal or research projects.
• Application-level AI/ML knowledge, safety assurance mindset.
• Interest in safety-critical systems, industrial automation, and emerging AI technologies.
• Completion of at least one or two hands-on software development projects, preferably involving AI, robotics, automation, data analytics, embedded systems, or related technologies.
• GitHub, GitLab, or similar portfolio showcasing software projects and technical contributions is an added advantage.

What we offer:

Total Rewards: The hourly rate for this role is $20.00-$25.00. Qualified candidates may be eligible for a sign-on bonus to assist with housing, travel, and other relocation expenses, subject to terms and conditions. Your internship will consist of a 10-12 week long project, networking, learning & development opportunities, and will provide you with the opportunity to make a real world impact.
