Job Description

We’re hiring a Desktop Engineer for our 2nd shift (Tuesday to Saturday 4pm-12am) - 5 days onsite in Newark, NJ. You’ll provide Level 1 & 2 support via phone, email, and remote tools—troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and printer issues.

Requirements:

4–6 years’ experience or college degree
Windows AD, Office 365, DHCP, DNS, LAN/WAN
Ticketing system, asset management, vendor coordination
Strong customer service and communication skills
Saturday and holiday availability

Nice-to-have:

Scripting
ITIL knowledge
Airwatch MDM
