What We Offer:

    • Paid vacation and paid sick leave
    • A supportive, team-oriented environment with strong clinical leadership

This role is ideal for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, knows how to motivate a team, and takes ownership of both the patient experience and practice performance.

You will play a critical role in driving production, optimizing systems, and building a positive, accountable team culture. This is not a passive management role—we are looking for someone who leads from the front and is invested in the success of the practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure an exceptional, patient-first experience from scheduling through treatment completion
  • Manage patient flow and optimize the daily schedule for both patient experience and production
  • Lead morning huddles and team meetings to align on daily and weekly goals
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development of team members
  • Maintain operational systems, inventory, and vendor relationships in a fiscally responsible manner
  • Partner with leadership on growth initiatives and practice performance

REQUIRED Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Dental Office Manager in a PPO environment
  • cosmetic-focused experience & specialty (sleep medicine, perio & endo) is a plus!
  • Experience with Eaglesoft REQUIRED
  • We require the candidate for this position to have experience with Accounts Receivables and auditing
  • Strong understanding of dental KPIs, scheduling, and case acceptance
  • Proven ability to lead teams, improve performance, and drive results
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

What We’re Looking For:

  • A proactive leader who takes ownership and follows through
  • Someone who is comfortable holding others accountable while maintaining a positive culture
  • A strong communicator who can connect with both patients and team members
  • A solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt and improve systems

This role may require occasional support of front office and treatment coordination functions as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.

We are an equal opportunity employer and are committed to creating an inclusive workplace for all employees.
