Many of our patients have been with us for decades and now bring their children and grandchildren to our office, creating the kind of long-term relationships that make coming to work meaningful every day. We're seeking a caring, patient-focused Dental Hygienist who values teamwork, community, and building lasting patient relationships.

Compensation & Benefits

$45.00 – $50.00 per hour, with compensation increasing based on your skills and experience. Lucrative, UNCAPPED bonus potential! Because great providers should have the opportunity to be rewarded for the value they bring. Competitive benefits package available including medical, 401K and PTO.

Schedule - we are open to a FT or PT schedule

• Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Wednesday: Off
• Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Enjoy a consistent four-day work week with Wednesdays off, giving you additional flexibility and work-life balance. We are also open to discussing a part-time schedule with you!

• Provide outstanding preventive and periodontal care
• Educate patients on oral health and long-term wellness
• Build trusting relationships with patients of all ages
• Collaborate closely with doctors and team members
• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation
• Deliver an exceptional patient experience in a warm, welcoming environment

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin Dental Hygiene License
• Current CPR Certification
• Excellent communication skills
• Patient-centered approach to care
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
• New graduates and experienced hygienists encouraged to apply
