Are you detail-oriented, technically curious, and always looking for a better way to do things? Boise Co-op is seeking a proactive Data Coordinator who combines accuracy and organization with strong problem-solving skills and an interest in technology. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate product, pricing, vendor, tax, and inventory data across multiple systems. Beyond routine data maintenance, we’re looking for someone who identifies inefficiencies, improves workflows, and uses technology to reduce manual work and improve reporting.
Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time; to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist; to lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight; to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard; and to verbally communicate to exchange information.
Work is conducted primarily in an administrative office environment, where there is a high level of noise and frequent interruptions.
You take ownership of your work, maintain accuracy even with repetitive tasks, and look beyond the immediate assignment to identify better ways of working. You’re comfortable learning new tools, solving technical problems, and finding practical ways to reduce manual effort and improve data quality. Success starts with getting the data right—and continues with finding smarter ways to manage and use it.
