Turn Data Into Insights. Insights Into Impact.
At Riverbend, data is more than numbers—it’s a tool for strengthening services, supporting our teams, and advancing our mission to care for the mental health of our community. We’re looking for a Data Analyst who is passionate about transforming healthcare data into meaningful insights that drive informed decisions and improve organizational effectiveness.
In this highly collaborative role, you’ll work across departments to develop actionable reports and dashboards, strengthen data accuracy, and help leaders make data-informed decisions. You’ll also play an important role in optimizing our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and other systems by supporting staff training, workflow improvements, system enhancements, and the effective use of available data.
If you enjoy solving problems, uncovering trends, and helping people use data to make a difference, we invite you to bring your analytical skills to Riverbend!
This is a 100% on-site position located at our Concord, NH office. Due to the nature and operational responsibilities of this role, remote work or hybrid scheduling is not available at this time.
At Riverbend, your work contributes to something bigger than a report or dashboard. You’ll help strengthen the information, systems, and decision-making processes that support our teams and the individuals and families we serve.
Join a collaborative organization where your analytical expertise can make a meaningful impact on the delivery of community mental health care.
You’re a curious, detail-oriented problem solver who enjoys turning complex information into practical solutions. You understand the importance of accurate data in healthcare and thrive in a collaborative environment where your work supports teams across an organization.
You bring strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, the ability to communicate technical information to diverse audiences, and a commitment to continuous improvement. You’re comfortable working with multiple data sources, balancing competing priorities, and helping others understand how data can support better decisions.
Most importantly, you want your work to have a purpose—and you’re excited to use your skills to support community mental health services.
Competitive wages are $70,500 - $91,600 annually depending on level of education and experience.
