As part of this exciting growth, Perricone Juices & Natalie's Orchid is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support and elevate our customer service operations at our Vero Beach, Florida office. This role is essential in overseeing day-to-day customer interactions, guiding the Customer Service team, and ensuring a seamless order-to-delivery experience across wholesale, retail, and distribution channels. Position Summary

The Customer Service Representative makes sure every customer order is entered correctly and every caller gets a clear, complete answer. This role enters customer orders into NetSuite, confirms orders with customers, answers questions about orders and products, and handles calls to the main company line. The Customer Service Representative works closely with Transportation, Shipping, and Sales so customers, consumers, and team members get accurate information quickly. This is a non-exempt, individual contributor role.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

The following duties are representative of the position; other duties may be assigned as business needs require.

• Enter customer orders into NetSuite accurately and on time.
• Know each customer's order details, including order day, ship day, truck route, and specialty items.
• Notify customers when their order has been received and entered, and send an order confirmation once the order is complete.
• Complete daily audits to make sure each customer PO matches the order in the system, and correct any errors.
• Help customers with order questions, including order changes, added items, delivery dates, and product questions.
• Work with Transportation and Shipping to answer questions about ship days, delivery days, and which truck an order is on.
• Answer the main company phone line, direct calls to the right department, and answer consumer questions about Natalie's products.
• Help internal team members with questions about customer orders, POs, and transportation.
• Respond to customer and consumer inquiries within [8–24] hours, and follow up until every question is answered.
• Communicate clearly, accurately, and professionally with customers, consumers, and team members.

Supervisory Responsibility

This position has no direct supervisory responsibility. The Customer Service Representative may help train new Customer Service team members on order entry and customer procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of experience in data entry and customer service.
• Experience with NetSuite or another ERP system preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail, with solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Works well with a team and with other departments under time pressure.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Haitian Creole) a plus.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

Ability to sit for extended periods and use a computer and phone for most of the workday. Ability to type and enter data accurately for long periods. Ability to lift up to 15 lbs. occasionally. Office environment; occasional visits to production or warehouse areas. Use of required personal protective equipment (PPE) when in designated areas.
