This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and can successfully manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

What You'll Do

  • Resolve order issues, escalations, and project-related challenges
  • Manage customer expectations and provide timely project updates
  • Support successful project completion while maintaining customer satisfaction and retention
  • Track and manage a high volume of active projects simultaneously

What We're Looking For

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to prioritize competing demands and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive action without direct authority
  • High level of self-motivation, accountability, and independence
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous situations and adapting to changing priorities
  • Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building skills
  • Resourceful, resilient, and proactive mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 5+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, customer operations, order management, sales operations, customer service, or related fields
  • Experience supporting customer-facing projects in manufacturing, electrical distribution, construction, industrial, or engineering environments
  • Experience working with distributors, contractors, manufacturing plants, or supply chain operations
  • Familiarity with project lifecycle management from order receipt through delivery
