Customer Care Specialist – Part Time

At Beaches Tanning + Spa, our Customer Care team does more than answer phones. We're the behind-the-scenes problem-solvers who support our customers, assist store employees, navigate tricky situations, and help keep things running smoothly across all Beaches locations. We're looking for someone who's dependable, detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and a natural problem-solver. What You'll Do

• Be a Problem-Solver: Help customers resolve membership questions, billing concerns, and other account-related issues.
• Support Our Stores: Assist employees and managers with customer situations, policies, and procedures.
• Handle the Tough Stuff: Navigate customer complaints and challenging conversations with empathy, confidence, and professionalism.
• Keep Things Organized: Manage account updates, cancellations, freezes, documentation, and departmental reporting.
• Find Ways to Improve: Identify recurring issues, share ideas, and help improve the experience for customers and employees.
• Be a Team Player: Collaborate with your team, take ownership of responsibilities, and follow through.

Schedule & Availability

Part-Time: 25–30 hours per week.

In-Person: All shifts are worked at our Corporate Office in American Fork.

Flexible Availability Required: Must be available for some evenings and weekends.

Mandatory Month-End Closings: Must be available to work until midnight on the last calendar day of every month, including weekends and holidays when applicable.
