Grade: 100

Salary: $20.60/hour

Works hours: 10:00pm - 6:30 am Mon - Fri

Job Duties:

• Responsible for custodial duties at assigned areas in accordance with the standard operating procedures for housekeeping and assists building tenants with miscellaneous work requests and maintenance of building.
• May be assigned to any 8 hour shift.
• May be required to respond to an emergency basis.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or its equivalent.
• No work-related experience required.
• Must possess/maintain a valid Driver’s License or State Issued ID.
• Must submit to and pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
