• Coach and encourage teachers across all age groups, helping them build on their strengths.
• Participate in selecting and hiring passionate educators.
• Partner with the leadership team to create welcoming, engaging onboarding experiences.
• Conduct classroom observations and offer practical feedback to support the delivery of our research-informed Balanced Learning® curriculum.
• Help teachers confidently use our exclusive digital curriculum platform.
