The Corporate Treasurer will have oversight responsibility for asset-liability management, liquidity, funding, capital, interest rate risk, and investments. Plays a leading role in contingency funding and stress testing. This senior leadership role develops and executes strategies that optimize earnings performance while maintaining prudent risk management and regulatory compliance. Serves as a key advisor to executive management, the Asset Liability Committee (ALCO), and the Board of Directors regarding balance sheet positioning, capital adequacy, funding strategies, and market conditions. Manages the Treasury team and the Mortgage Lock Desk. This role reports to the Chief Financial Officer.

Oversight of liquidity, funding, and collateral management. Responsible for maintaining contingency funding sources and liquidity stress testing.

Required Skills and Abilities: The ability to motivate or influence others is a material part of the job, requiring a significant level of diplomacy and trust. Obtaining cooperation (internally and/or externally) is an important part of the job. Excellent analytical skills, people skills, and self-direction are required. Must be proficient with spreadsheet and word processing software. Employee must be capable of interacting calmly and professionally with a variety of people from diverse backgrounds at various levels within and outside of the organization. Employee must be capable of regular, reliable, and timely attendance.
Up to 15% travel required: (e.g. 3.5 days/month) by automobile (as driver and passenger), commercial airlines, rental vehicles and public transportation and be able to lodge in public facilities. Travel will be necessary to conduct the duties of this job, and the employee must have the ability to drive and have proper licensing.
Environment: Indoors, a climate-controlled shared work area. Noise Level: Moderate noise; not extreme or excessive; within reasonable limits. Lifting: Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.
Close visual acuity to prepare and analyze data and figures, view a computer terminal, and read the computer screen, printed materials, and handwritten materials.

Starting salary is dependent upon relevant experience and may vary based on the geographic location of the position.
