Corporate director of support services-facility management

Shift: Day

Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm and work as needed

Summary: The Director of Support Services provides operational leadership for support service departments across the health system. Reporting to the Vice President of Support Services, this role is responsible for executing system strategies, coordinating operational initiatives, and ensuring consistent performance across Environmental Services, Nutrition and Food Services, Facilities Management, and Clinical Engineering. The Director works closely with hospital leaders and department managers to ensure reliable operations, regulatory compliance, and achievement of system performance goals.

Other information:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, engineering, facilities management, business, or related field required. Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience: 7+ years of experience in hospital support services or facility operations. Experience managing multi-site operations or system-level initiatives preferred. Strong operational leadership, performance management, and problem-solving skills.

This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
