This role will support the Wholesale team for assigned accounts. Operational functions include purchase order management and maintenance of internal and retailer systems. Position to work closely with Third Party Retail and cross-functional partners, including but not limited to Brand Merchandising, Vendors, Sourcing, Trade, Logistics, and IT.

The coordinator role will report directly to the Manager, Global Product Operations and sit onsite in Celebration, FL.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain purchase order accuracy, maintenance, and PO tracker.
• Validate information sent on Sales orders by using system-generated reports.
• Maintain the master assortment sheet, complete item setup, and create or revise purchase orders as needed. Review PO transmissions and validate orders against the assortment sheet for accuracy.
• Create and maintain product attribute sheets, ensuring accurate product information for retailer item setup.
• Coordinate with vendors to complete carryover checks, updating assortment data and communicating changes with cross-functional teams.
• Manage production and retail samples, coordinate photo sample requests, and ensure on-time delivery for retail partners.
• Maintain in-house sample inventory, organize seasonal archiving, and upload product images, descriptions, and bullet points to retailer platforms.
• Prepare and maintain operational reports to support merchandising and wholesale business activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and maintain high levels of data accuracy.
• Collaborate with merchandising, sales, production, and operations teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of merchandise initiatives.
• Provide administrative support to the wholesale team, including data entry, document management, filing, copying, shipping, and reporting.
• Keep management informed of project status, key updates, and operational issues to support informed decision-making.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2 years' experience in buying, planning, or sourcing
• Full understanding of the components involved in creating a successful merchandise production calendar
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and comfortable adapting to purchasing systems
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to collaborate with others
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong organizational skills
• Must be extremely detail-oriented
• Good communication skills
• High motivation, willingness to learn

REQUIRED EDUCATION:

Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent experience preferred; High school degree or equivalent.

The hiring range for this position in Celebration, FL is $51,500.00-$68,900.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
