About the role:

We do not provide sponsorship or work C2C. We are hiring on behalf of a client for a 6+ month Contract Specialist. This will be onsite in Houston, TX. You will be responsible for commercial customer contract quality assurance by enforcing the organizational principles of integrity and compliance to contract review and fulfillment. Also execute and store non-customer contracts according to operational processes. Comply with all security regulations and corporate policies. This is a 6 month contract role with possibility to extend.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all customer contracts are reviewed according to established standards.
• Help manage Chartered Accountant email inbox and processing contracts within Service level agreement.
• Assist with process documentation as needed.
• Assist with Mail merges as needed.
• Assist with reporting as needed.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma
2+ years of experience in an Operations/Legal/Contracts role.

We are committed to transparency and equity in all our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be ($21.00/hr-$26.00/hr).
