Job description

• Define strategy for own technology by product category and geography by liaising with division, regions and other companies if necessary
• Responsible for each item linked with own technology starting from product idea to the distribution phase with the aim to guarantee product competitive position and profitability
• Portfolio strategy definition in terms of market position, pricing, product profitability, product lifecycle, new product development, product customization and localization
• Responsible for own portfolio P&L and competitiveness: Sales, Gross Margin, and Return on Investment
• Carry out VOC, market, segment, trend and competitive analysis in order to enhance own portfolio range and develop new product ideas with their associated requirements
• Support the sales process if there are technology issues, requests for profitability changes or high product customization
• Identify Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) models, technology value proposition, and cross selling opportunities

Requirements

• 2+ years experience as a Product Marketing Manager
• 5+ years packaging industry knowledge/experience
• Demonstrated success defining and supporting successful products
