The Community Manager- Temp is responsible for the overall management and performance of the assigned community, including daily operations, financial performance, leasing, resident relations, and team leadership. This role leads the on-site team, ensures company policies and operational standards are consistently maintained, and works closely with the Regional Manager to achieve property goals while providing a high-quality resident experience.
