Position Summary

Under the direction of the Property Supervisor, the Community Manager II is responsible for the overall operation of the property, and the day-to-day implementation of those policies, procedures and programs that will assure a well-managed and maintained community within established management operating and fiscal policies and assuring compliance with all regulatory agencies and investors.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervises maintenance and janitorial staff.
• Ensures completion of required preventative maintenance checklists.
• Maintains full occupancy and markets units.
• Attends and participates in outside or in-house activities.
• Ensures the successful day-to-day financial management of the property.

Qualifications

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) OR 1-3 months related experience and/or training OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
