Role: CNC Department Manager

Location: Los Angeles, CA (area near LAX) | Onsite.

Job Description:

Falcon IT is recruiting a CNC Department Manager to lead a four-person team while remaining directly involved in daily CNC programming, machine setup and production work. This role combines people leadership with practical shop-floor experience and ownership of department workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate the work of a four-person CNC team.
• Perform hands-on CNC programming, machine setup and daily production tasks.
• Manage department workflows, work processes and daily priorities.
• Communicate expectations, support team members and help resolve production issues.
• Work alongside the team on the floor and step in on CNC tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Practical experience programming and setting up CNC machines.
• Leadership ability and experience guiding or managing a team.
• Ability to organize work processes while contributing directly to CNC production.
• Willingness to remain fully hands-on with the machines and daily shop work.
• Ability to work onsite at a facility near LAX.
