Job Description

CNA/PCA/HHA Needed

Provide care and support for an individual with Osteoarthritis, assist with daily activities, routines, and overall safety and well-being, and provide transportation to doctor's appointments and grocery shopping
Communicate with Families, and Administration
Schedule: Thursday & Friday 10 am-3 pm, and Saturday 1:30 pm-6:30 pm
Up to $16 per hour

Required Qualifications:

1 year of related work experience
Satisfactory criminal background check
Applicants must be at least 18
Have a current TB Test, First Aid and CPR
Applicant must have reliable transportation and can transport clients to doctor's appointments
