In this role, you will help residents maintain comfort and independence while contributing to a collaborative care environment. Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care that supports residents in living with dignity, comfort, and independence.
• Work closely with nurses, therapists, providers, activities, dietary, and the broader care team.
• Build meaningful relationships with the residents you serve through compassionate, attentive care.
• Support residents with day-to-day needs, from helping someone get ready for breakfast to offering time and attention that makes a lasting difference.

Active CNA license in good standing

Able to work on-site.
