Working as Direct Support Professionals (DSP) provide caregiver assistance and support to the individuals that live at New Vista Oakwood’s beautiful campus-style setting. This includes participating in special occasions and community opportunities while always ensuring the safety, welfare, and the preservation of rights of clients.

Starting pay with a CMA, CNA, SRNA is $18.78 per hour. If you have a Bachelor’s degree, starting pay is $19.35 per hour. We also pay a shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shift hours at $0.45/hr and when you work your weekend shifts, you make $1/hr more!

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to meet criminal background and drug screening standards
