Clinical Operations Manager – BCBA

Silveira Behavior Consultants is seeking an experienced BCBA who is ready to move into a broader leadership role focused on clinic operations, people leadership, service delivery, and growth.

This position is designed for a clinician who understands that excellent ABA services depend on more than clinical programming alone.

They depend on strong systems, clear accountability, responsive leadership, excellent family communication, efficient use of resources, and the ability to make sound decisions every day.

The Clinical Operations Manager – BCBA will serve as a key on-site leader responsible for helping SBC operate effectively and scale thoughtfully.

Primary areas of responsibility include:

  • Day-to-day clinic operations
  • Staff accountability and performance follow-through
  • Parent experience and service escalations
  • Scheduling, utilization, and capacity management
  • Coordination across clinical and operational teams
  • Assessment and new-client support
  • Service-delivery problem-solving
  • Operational KPI review
  • Growth and capacity development
  • Implementation of organizational initiatives

This role also maintains clinical responsibilities through a manageable BCBA caseload, assessments, treatment planning, caregiver training, and other clinical activities.

The ideal candidate is a strong BCBA who also demonstrates:

  • Excellent judgment
  • Strong communication
  • Confidence handling difficult conversations
  • Operational thinking
  • Accountability
  • Initiative
  • Leadership presence
  • Ability to make timely decisions
  • Understanding of how clinical and business decisions intersect
  • Commitment to high-quality, ethical, family-centered ABA services

This is not a traditional Clinical Director role.

It is an opportunity for a BCBA who wants to influence how the clinic functions, how teams perform, and how the organization grows.

If you are ready for a leadership role with meaningful responsibility and real impact, we invite you to apply.
