Now Hiring: Clinic Manager – Behavioral Health Summary: Presbyterian Medical Group is seeking an experienced and dynamic Clinic Manager to lead operations at our Kaseman Behavioral Medicine Clinic. This leadership role is responsible for the day-to-day management of clinic operations, ensuring exceptional patient experiences, operational efficiency, financial stewardship, and employee engagement. The Clinic Manager partners closely with providers, behavioral health leaders, and support staff to create a collaborative, patient-centered environment that promotes access to high-quality behavioral healthcare services. This position is instrumental in driving operational excellence while supporting Presbyterian's mission to improve the health of the patients, members, and communities we serve. The Clinic leader coordinates and manages clinic workflow activities and staff to achieve continuous and optimal patient care. Oversee operational aspects of provider practice to ensure clinical quality and financial viability. Responsible for day-to-day operations of clinic practice within a single department and 30 or less staff FTEs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and oversight of daily clinic operations, including patient flow, scheduling, staffing, and resource utilization.
• Foster a culture of excellent patient service, teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Supervise, coach, and develop clinic staff, including performance management, employee engagement, and professional development.
• Collaborate with providers and behavioral health leadership to improve access, quality, efficiency, and patient satisfaction.
• Monitor key performance metrics and implement strategies to achieve operational, financial, and quality goals.
• Manage staffing plans, recruitment efforts, onboarding, scheduling, and employee retention initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and behavioral health best practices.
• Support budget development and accountability for clinic financial performance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead initiatives that enhance patient access and operational efficiency.
• Address patient concerns and service recovery opportunities while promoting a positive patient experience.
• Coordinate with system partners and ancillary departments to support seamless care delivery.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree. Associate degree in nursing, business administration or related field required or three (3) years experience in lieu of degree required.
• Four (4) years of relevant experience required.
• RN preferred Experience managing multidisciplinary teams in an outpatient healthcare setting preferred.
• Behavioral health, mental health, psychiatry, or integrated care experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience with operational improvement, staff development, budgeting, and performance management.
