We are looking for a service-oriented professional to assist our Client Service Supervisor with staff scheduling and the daily operations of our office. As a Client Service Representative, here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do:

• Assist in ensuring compliance with quality and operational standards
• Answer all incoming calls, greet visitors, mail distribution
• Schedule staff and improve the process of client/patient scheduling for home health services
• Document job orders, assist with staffing orders, assist with orientation of new employees
• Verify client insurance and assist with office functions

A few must-haves for Client Service Representatives:

• Associate’s degree or equivalent years of training and work experience
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in healthcare or a related industry
• Understanding of state and federal home health standards and regulations
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with clinical and non-clinical staff
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and computer software proficiency
