Salary Range: $20.00 - $24.00 Hourly
The Client Care Specialist is responsible for ensuring a positive and unmatched experience for our clients and communicating the services that provide the best standard of care possible. The Client Care Specialist will greet clients and prepare patient files, fax and scan essential documents, schedule client appointments by phone or in person and collect and enter payments in the EMR system. The CCS must have a full understanding of the services and retail items provided. The Client Care Specialist must project a warm, enthusiastic and friendly demeanor while interacting with clients and as a team member.
Leads by example and exhibits solid teamwork while promoting the core philosophy of FYZICAL.
Monday through Friday, 8.00am-5.00pm.

This position may be eligible for performance-based incentives and commissions related to the sale of membership packages and specific service goals.

As a Full-Time Licensed Employee, you will accrue vacation time based on your years of service: Less than 5 years: Accrue 1.90 hours per 40 hours worked (approximately 99 hours annually). 5 or more years: Accrue 2.67 hours per 40 hours worked (approximately 139 hours annually).
All employees accrue 1 hour of PSSL for every 40 hours worked in Washington, which can be used for qualifying medical or safety reasons for yourself or family members.
Participation in the state-mandated insurance program, providing up to 12–18 weeks of paid leave for qualifying life events.
The company provides reimbursement for pre-approved professional training to support individual growth and skill advancement.
Professional liability insurance coverage is provided for licensed clinical staff.
Minimum one (1) year prior work experience delivering exemplary client service preferred.
