Pella Corporation is seeking motivated engineering students for our Continuous Improvement (CI) Engineering Internship in Pella, Iowa.
This internship provides hands-on experience supporting operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives across the business. Interns work alongside experienced engineers, operations leaders, and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, solve problems, improve processes, and support business objectives related to quality, cost, delivery, and efficiency.

As a Continuous Improvement Engineering Intern, you will support projects and initiatives focused on process improvement, problem solving, and operational performance. Interns are given meaningful project work and collaborate with experienced professionals to develop technical, professional, and leadership skills.
Responsibilities are similar to what we expect of entry-level engineers who join Pella after graduation.

The starting pay rate for this position is $27.90 per hour. Compensation for this role is established through Pella Corporation’s internship program. Eligible participants may receive transition assistance in accordance with company policies and program guidelines.
