This involves individual, group, and family therapy using various modalities across multiple settings such as office, home, and school settings, alongside extensive collaboration with other agencies and internal supports serving children, youth, and their caregivers. This position impacts the community by providing immediate follow-up to crisis, urgent, or emergent needs, supporting clients through trauma-informed care, and helping children, youth, and families achieve their highest potential and best possible quality of life while actively encouraging client self-determination and recovery.
The starting salary range for this position is approximately $63,300 to $66,500 annualized. WCMHS provides a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and retirement contribution matching. Our industry-leading paid time off package includes 12.5 flexible holidays and 12 days each of sick vacation days accumulated in year one of employment.
The position operates across multiple settings, including office, home, and school environments, requiring the clinician to drive their own personal vehicle to and from a variety of agency locations and client homes, and at times provide client and caregiver transportation. Work involves managing complex problems and crisis situations with children, youth, and families that may require a multi-person approach, independent collaboration with external agencies like schools and hospitals, and meeting requirements for documentation and billing within set timelines.
