Job Description
A facility near Rochester, NY is seeking a Chief Optometrist to join their optical team. Comprehensive Benefits program! Great team to be a part of!
Pay: $150,000-$160,000/year
Chief Optometrist Opportunity:
- Full-time, permanent opportunity
- Monday-Friday; Day Shift
- Provide comprehensive primary eye care services, including eye examinations, diagnosis and management of ocular conditions, and appropriate referrals.
- Lead and support clinical operations, mentor optometry staff, and ensure adherence to clinical protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain an active optometry caseload while overseeing patient care quality, workflow efficiency, and coordination with other healthcare professionals.
Chief Optometrist Qualifications:
- Chief Optometrist must have an OD from an accredited optometry school
- Must have or be willing to obtain NY State license
- Previous experience in a clinic environment preferred
