The Position:

We are seeking a qualified Chief Financial Officer in Uniontown, PA. Our client offers the following benefits:

• $140k- $160k Depending on Experience

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in accounting or related field is required. Masters degree in finance or accounting and/or CPA designation is preferred. Minimum five (5) years of experience in health care financial management. FQHC/CHC and nonprofit industry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities:

Experience with health care billing, federal grants management, and budget management required. Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrates a high degree of initiative, judgement, discretion, and decision-making ability. Skill in identifying and resolving accounting and financial management issues. Demonstrates leadership ability, team management, and interpersonal skills. Experience working with a wide range of software platforms to oversee the financial management of organization.
