Highlights

• Implement a combination of share of wallet, pricing, marketing, referrals/COIs, technology, and new client acquisition strategies to be on track for steady 10% organic growth
• Shape and develop a clear answer to who the firm is for and why the firm wins, with product and service offerings aligned accordingly.
• Coach and develop advisors to strengthen business-development, pipeline management, and closing capabilities
• Personally drive new business while helping build a repeatable and scalable growth engine
• Establish goals, track performance, and create accountability around the firm's growth objectives

$250,000+ first year cash compensation in addition to long-term incentive plans, tuck-in M&A incentives and co-investment opportunities
