Certified peer recovery specialist (cprs)

Work Schedule:

100% FTE, rotating PM shift with holiday and weekend rotation. You will work at UW Health Swedish American Hospital 1401 E State St.

Additional components of compensation may include:

• Evening, night, and weekend shift differential
• Overtime

Qualifications

• Candidate must have completed a Substance Recovery Program or be currently involved in a Recovery Program. Required
• High School Diploma or equivalent. Preferred

Work Experience

• Shared relevant personal experience with chemical addiction and willingness to share this personal experience in a therapeutic manner with patients. Required

Licenses & Certifications

• Must possess a current, valid driver’s license issued by the individual’s state of residence. Required
• Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) and/or Certified Peer Recovery Specialist (CPRS). If not CPRS certified, SAH will provide training. CPRS or CADC must be obtained within twenty eight (28) months of hire. Preferred
