WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a CNA with Griswold Home Care, you'll help seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes while providing compassionate care and companionship.

Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with personal care, bathing, grooming, and hygiene
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Meal preparation and feeding assistance
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Grocery shopping and errands
• Mobility and transfer assistance
• Supporting clients with dementia or cognitive impairments
• Monitoring client well-being and reporting concerns
• Maintaining accurate care documentation
• Communicating client needs and updates with the care team

Every shift is an opportunity to improve a client's quality of life and provide peace of mind to their family.

QUALIFICATIONS

REQUIRED

• Active CNA certification
• Reliable transportation
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Excellent communication skills
• Compassionate, patient, and professional attitude

PREFERRED

• Previous CNA, caregiving, or home care experience
• Experience working with seniors or individuals living with dementia
• High school diploma or equivalent

Don't have professional caregiving experience? That's okay. We welcome individuals with a heart for helping others and are willing to train the right candidates. Personal experience caring for a loved one is also highly valued.
