Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Location: Orlando, FL

Schedule: Full Time, 12hr shifts, Night Shift plus shift differential for weekend shifts

Responsibilities

Perform services for patients including bathing using basin-less bath products, oral hygiene, oral feeding and care of hair. Participate in hourly rounds. Transport patients to and from various treatment centers when necessary, and assist transporters in moving patients in and out of stretchers and wheelchairs. Maintain the cleanliness of various instruments and equipment such as bedpans, urinals and wheelchairs. Keep patients’ rooms in clean and orderly condition. Maintain unit stock levels of supplies and equipment as directed. Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma/GED OR relevant work experience (3+ years). BLS is required within 90 days of hire. Hospital experience as a nursing assistant, certification as a nursing assistant or experience in a related field (i.e. medical assistant, actively enrolled RN student).
