At Cura Health, our Certified Nursing Assistants are at the heart of the care we provide. We are seeking caring, reliable, and motivated CNAs who take pride in helping residents feel comfortable, respected, and at home.
As a CNA, you will work directly with residents each day, assisting with personal care, mobility, meals, and other daily needs while building meaningful relationships along the way. You will also work closely with nurses and other members of the care team to recognize changes in resident needs and help ensure each resident receives individualized, high-quality care.

At Cura Health, you will be part of a team that values the work you do and the difference you make. Whether you are an experienced CNA or looking for a place to continue growing in your healthcare career, we offer an environment where teamwork, compassion, and resident-centered care come first.

When you join Cura of Le Sueur, you’ll be part of a close-knit team where your work matters and your contributions are valued. We are committed to creating a positive workplace where employees feel supported, respected, and encouraged to grow.
