Responsibilities of our Caregivers

• Meal Preparation.
• Perform all non-medical home care services as needed.
• Perform personal care assistance, including bathing and grooming.
• Medication Reminders.
• Assistance with walking.
• Light housekeeping.
• Companionship and friendship for seniors and their loved ones.
• Assist with meal preparation, grocery shopping, and other errands.
• Maintain communication between seniors, their family members, co-workers, and office staff.

Qualifications

• Communication and listening skills.
• Respect, Empathy, and Compassion.
• Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards.
• At least to 1 year of experience of providing personal care to the elderly.
• Dementia /Alzheimer’s/ Hospice care experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license, car, and insurance preferably.
• Completed or ability to have a 2-Step PPD, QuantiFERON Gold Test, or Chest X-Ray completed.
• Must be able to pass both criminal background checks and drug screening.
