Heartline Staffing is hiring a Cath Lab Registered Nurse in Russellville, Arkansas.

POSITION OVERVIEW

• Provide compassionate care to Cath Lab patients alongside a dedicated team of RNs
• Assess patient needs, administer treatments, and ensure patient comfort and safety
• Two Cath Labs supported by four interventional cardiologists and one diagnostic cardiologist
• Interventional coronary procedures and cardiac rhythm management; no bypass surgeries

SCHEDULE & PRACTICE MODEL

• Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts
• On-call 10 days per month
• Must live within 30 minutes of the facility to meet call requirements
• Two Cath Labs; four interventional cardiologists and one diagnostic cardiologist
• Interventional coronary procedures and cardiac rhythm management

CLINICAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assess patient needs before, during, and after cardiac procedures
• Administer treatments and ensure patient comfort and safety
• Support interventional coronary procedures and cardiac rhythm management cases
• Collaborate with cardiologists and the Cath Lab team to deliver high-quality care

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Salary: $72,800 – $97,700

Requirements

• Registered Nurse licensed to practice in Arkansas REQUIRED
• Minimum of 2 years of Critical Care, ICU, or ED experience REQUIRED
• Ability to take call 10 days per month REQUIRED
• Must live within 30 minutes of the facility for on-call requirements REQUIRED
• RCIS or scrub experience preferred
• Previous Imaging or Cath Lab experience preferred
