Job Description
A rehabilitation hospital in Sioux Falls, South Dakota is seeking a Case Management Director to join its leadership team! $10,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance provided!
Pay: $96,000 - $110,000 annually
Case Management Director Opportunity:
- Full-time, permanent, direct-hire leadership position
- $10,000 sign-on bonus available
- Relocation assistance available
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Case Management department

Case Management Director Qualifications:
- Active RN license strongly preferred; licensed Social Workers with medical case management experience will also be considered
- Minimum of 3 years of hospital-based Case Management experience required
- Experience with Utilization Review and Discharge Planning required
