  • Coordinate campaign setup, trafficking, implementation, quality assurance, troubleshooting, billing, and reporting across pre-launch and live campaigns.
  • Monitor performance and provide clear recommendations on optimizations, risks, opportunities, and next steps.
  • Partner with Analytics and other cross-functional teams on measurement, reporting, insight generation, and interpretation of results.
  • Conduct research and contribute to media points of view, competitive reporting, client recommendations, and proposals for new opportunities.
  • Build productive relationships with retailer media networks, platform partners, vendors, and sales representatives to assess the value and applicability of media opportunities.
  • Identify innovation and test-and-learn opportunities across new approaches, partners, platform capabilities, and retailer offerings.
  • Communicate campaign status, key milestones, success criteria, performance, and risks to internal teams and clients; escalate critical issues appropriately.
  • Proactively recommend process improvements that strengthen collaboration, workflow, and campaign delivery.
  • Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and support the training or guidance of junior team members on client requirements, optimization strategies, and best practices.
