ENT and Allergy Associates of Texas and Quality Medical Management Services USA, LLC are seeking self-motivated, people-friendly Full Time Call Center Agents for our Corporate office location.

Job Duties

Answering phone calls and assisting patients/physicians needs
Scheduling patient appointments
Taking messages
Assisting the office manager and physician as needed

Job Requirements

NextGen/EMR experience is a plus
Experience in the medical field and knowledge of medical insurance is a plus
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
Must be able to work as a team

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 40 hours (must be flexible to work between 8am and 8pm CST)

100% onsite at Corporate office in Sugar Land - TX
