We are looking to hire a Business Development Manager for our office in Tempe, AZ. Candidates with 2+ Years of Business Development experience within Staffing and recruiting Industry ONLY apply.

Job Description: Expanding business through new account development with a specialized focus on relationship building & Client Service. Responsible for getting New Leads/Requirements and maintaining existing clients to enhance business relations.

Requirement: The candidate must have 2+ Years of experience in Business Development and New Client Acquisition activities within the Staffing and recruiting industry. The candidate must have good experience in Lead generation, and a great net-worker. Should have experience in rate negotiation and also need to have good convincing and closing skills.
