Job Requirements

Required Qualifications & Experience

Demonstrated experience developing, deploying, and supporting web applications, internal business tools, workflow applications, or comparable production software. Strong hands-on experience with frontend and backend application development. Proficiency in SQL and working knowledge of relational databases. Experience developing and integrating applications using APIs. Understanding of API authentication, data validation, error handling, and troubleshooting. Experience with source control, testing, debugging, secure deployment, and application security. Ability to maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance existing applications and codebases. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business challenges into effective technical solutions. Experience collaborating with nontechnical stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver user-friendly applications. Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and the ability to review, test, debug, and maintain AI-generated code. Ability to learn new technologies quickly and independently manage development projects. Strong communication, organization, and project ownership skills.

Education

A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field is beneficial but not required. Relevant hands-on experience and demonstrated technical capabilities will be strongly considered.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience developing AI-powered applications or automated business workflows. Familiarity with optical character recognition (OCR), document extraction, and intelligent automation technologies. Experience integrating applications with ERP or warehouse management systems (WMS). Knowledge of distribution, inventory management, or warehouse operations. Experience working with NetSuite, IntraOne, or Microsoft 365 environments. Experience building applications that improve operational processes, reporting, and decision support.
