The role: As our building manager, you will play a key role in keeping three of our agency’s facilities running smoothly and safely: the Mill Creek building, the Salem Materials Lab and the Milwaukie Lab. You will analyze facility needs, help shape policies and support management with system planning, facility budgeting and project prioritization. This position also serves as the Mill Creek site emergency coordinator, playing an active role in emergency management, including coordinating building evacuations and responding to emergency situations. The salary range listed is the non-PERS monthly salary range. If you are already a participating PERS member or once you become PERS eligible, the salary range will increase by 6.95%.
