We're looking for a Store Manager to lead our Madison boutique. This is an opportunity for an experienced retail leader who thrives on developing people, driving results, and building a culture of accountability and care to take the helm of one of Wisconsin's premier bridal destinations, leading a capable team and a multi-million-dollar retail operation.

What You'll Do

As Store Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall performance of the Madison boutique, leading a team dedicated to helping every bride feel confident, beautiful, celebrated, and supported throughout her shopping experience.

• Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team of bridal stylists
• Lead daily store operations and ensure consistent execution of company standards and processes
• Drive achievement of sales goals and key performance indicators
• Create an exceptional customer experience that reflects Bon Bon Belle's commitment to service and hospitality
• Provide ongoing performance coaching, accountability, and professional development for team members
• Use sales trends, reporting, and store metrics to continuously improve business performance
• Maintain visual merchandising, organization, store presentation, and operational excellence
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and results-oriented team culture
• Partner with company executives to execute strategic initiatives and improve business performance

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years of retail leadership experience
• Experience managing sales goals, KPIs, staffing, and operational performance, particularly of a retail business unit
• Proven success coaching and developing team members
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
• Experience in specialty retail, premium retail, luxury retail, apparel, beauty, fitness, hospitality, or a comparable customer-focused environment
• Bridal industry experience is welcomed but not required.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary of $70,000 annually

Performance-based bonus and incentive opportunities with uncapped bonus potential correlated to store revenue and growth

On-target earnings opportunity of $90,000+ annually
