Jeff Wyler Nissan of Louisville Body Shop is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Body Shop Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide them with a warm welcome to the body shop
• Listen to customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions
• Schedule appointments and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Handle customer complaints and escalate issues as necessary
• Provide customers with updates on the status of their repairs
• Ensure that the body shop is clean and organized at all times
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding repair procedures, costs, and timelines to foster trust and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with technicians, parts departments, and insurance adjusters to facilitate smooth repair processes.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role in a body shop
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of automotive repair is a plus
